In response to your question on my talk page

Hi, there are a bunch of principles and guidelines that are followed on wikipedia (helps stops us from falling into total anarchy!). I'd suggest the first couple of pages you should start read are these two: WP:FIVE and WP:N. There are many other fine details, but this would be a very good start to give you a firmer understanding of the workings here. Read over those two, and follow the links from there wherever it seems to you it could help some more. Also feel free to ask me for any more help in understanding, it can be confusing to the newbie when thrown into the deep end! But it really isn't that hard to get an idea of the basics that guide us. Non-notable 76 store mall, which though it exists (it has passing mentions and the like) lacks the necessary indicia of notability.
