I have twice reverted your very detailed edit to Clinton County, Pennsylvania, because it seemed to have little relevance to the article. If you disagree, could you please start a discussion on the article talk page explaining your edit. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 13:36, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have spoken to a few residence of Clinton County and none have understood why you removed this content. The revisions I made to the Clinton County, Pennsylvania are clearly linked to other existing articles and sources on the history of the region. The removal of information concerning historic places in Clinton County is especially alarming. You removed the story of Jerry Church, founder of the county seat and his campaign to form Eagle county, which culminated in the creation of this county. You also removed content concerning the Fair Play Men and Haudenosaunee, which is senseless, as they clearly played a critical role in the political evolution of the county. You have continued to revert back to an article that is a strictly worse, and it's a version I wrote. I will discuss this further with members of the community, but I don't think you should continue to edit this article. JamesOnasLogan (talk) 12:11, 24 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
