Dutch Garner

From what I can tell, the only apparent notability he has is for dying in a fire; the article as written contained absolutely nothing that would suggest he's someone who belongs in an encyclopedia otherwise, and Wikipedia generally frowns upon people who are "notable" only because their death happens to garner a couple of news stories; if he wasn't somebody about whom a keepable article could have been written the day before his death, then dying doesn't make him an encyclopedia topic now. If you have better references which make it clearer how he's notable for something more than dying, then by all means bring 'em on — speedy deletion doesn't mean that he can never have an article, it just means that particular version of the article wasn't cutting it, so there's no real reason why it would actually have to be undeleted first.
