Request reason:

I was blocked in 2008 and 2010 for edits considered by those individuals as spam. The first block was in 2008 from 26 May 2008 "Hu12" The second was in 2010 from "Tiptoety" who is no longer a user as of 3 November 2015. If you look at the history of what we tried to do, it was simply to add our products to the PDF Directory, perhaps with a little too much enthusiasm at the time. I pledge that we will follow all guidelines moving forward and just want to be included in the encyclopedia's coverage of PDF Software, which we have been a part of for 27 years now (founded in 1993). Wikipedia has matured as a platform since we were last blocked 9 years ago, and we have as well. It is often the first place people look for information and it's unfortunate that our company and products are not listed with the other options a customer or developer has. We lead the industry in technologies to work with the graphics in PDF files and have 10k customers who can vouch for us. We are legitimate and would appreciate being represented in Wikipedia. Thank you for considering our request!

Decline reason:

It sounds to me as if you still want to edit about your company for promotional purposes. As an encyclopedia, Wikipedia is not interested in what a company wants to say about itself, or in helping provide company information to your potential customers. Wikipedia is only interested in what independent reliable sources with significant coverage state about article subjects that meet Wikipedia's special definition of notability(more specifically, the definition of a notable company). You won't be unblocked to just edit about your company. To be unblocked:

you must agree to avoid creating or directly editing articles related to your organization (requested edits will still be permitted)
you must agree to abide by the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use and disclose any paid relationship in accordance with the paid contributor policy
you must indicate what areas of Wikipedia you intend to edit in the future that are unrelated to your conflict of interest

If you have no interest in editing Wikipedia beyond writing about your organization, then you will not be unblocked. If this is the case, I recommend you consider alternative outlets.
