T3 speedy deletion requests declined

I've declined the speedy deletion requests on Template:Not in citation given, Template:Uncited quote, Template:Vectorize, and Template:HebrewText. T3 does not apply since these pages are redirects. The correct venue is Redirects for discussion. Shubinator (talk) 02:23, 23 January 2010 (UTC)

...don't do this again. H1 section headings should never be used, as they designate the title of page only. MiszaBot automatically archives that page as well, so adding a resolved section introduces unnecessary complexity into a page where closed requests are collapsed by a template when closed and then automatically archived.
