Chisholm trail "officially" started at the Rio Grande?

[edit]

I get the general idea, but surely there's a better phrasing than 'officially'; after all, there was no 'office' to make such a pronouncement, right? Perhaps 'most considered it to have started' or 'generally recognized as starting' or something similar? I'm not familiar enough with the subject matter to make a more specific suggestion, sorry. A citiation here, if you have one, would be splendid! Cheers, and thanks for all the great work! Deh 14:40, 6 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

CFAFC?

[edit]

Hi. My name's Kenneth Sime. Awhile ago I began exchanging emails with a fellow named Diolain Fraser, and he spoke of someone named Jesse Chisholm. Recently, to my surprise, I discovered someone other than myself making significant contributions to the Clan Fraser article, and their user name was JesseChisholm (you). Checking his userpage, I discover he is from California. I wonder if this might be the same Jesse Chisholm, member of the CFAFC? JesseChisholm 13:54, 15 August 2006 (UTC) Yes, I am that same Jesse Chisholm. Diolain Fraser is my brother-in-law.[reply]

Nifty! The Clan Fraser article is just about ready to be a featured article. Not quite, though. File:Icons-flag-scotland.png Canæn File:Icons-flag-scotland.png 07:16, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
