I love all the diverse information in the page but it is not well organized. It reads with no flow or concise objective. Also you left out describing several huge pieces of legislation when it comes the progress of inclusion. Certain ADA mandates such as the 504 plan. Also, IEP's and inclusion can be argued as very different types of mandates. Special education and inclusion was designed for individuals with severe learning and developmental disabilities, 504 and IEP's were designed more for non-typical learners that are already in a "regular" paced classroom. Overall your information is good but there can be improvements on organization and clarification. try reorganizing this article and adding certain key information that is missing.
