Repost of Jared Jeffrey[edit]

A tag has been placed on Jared Jeffrey requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, place the template {{hangon}} underneath the other template on the article and put a note on the page's discussion page saying why this article should stay. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of continuing to recreate the page. Thank you. Hi there. The reason I tagged the page is not because of the A7 deletion, but because at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jared Jeffrey there was a discussion between Wikipedia editors, and the consensus is clearly to delete the page. If you think that things have changed now (i.e. the reasons the users said to delete longer apply), then please use the instructions at deletion review to try and make the page be kept. If you need any help, feel free to contact me. Best, - Kingpin13 (talk) 05:31, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Great, thank you for taking the time to read our policies about the matter. As I said, I'm not an admin, so I can't restore it, even on a technical level. The thing to do is read through WP:Deletion review, as it says, you should initially contact the deleting admin (that's User:Wizardman in this case), and ask them for their view. Since the deletion was a year ago (and the player has still been active since then), and you provided a seemingly good argument on my talk page, it could well be overturned. Again, if you need help with anything, just ask. - Kingpin13 (talk) 15:30, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, just wait and see what he says I guess :). By the way, when you're adding a comment to my talk page, there's no need to over write the old one. In fact, it's better to keep the old ones (as I've been doing here), so they can be archived. - Kingpin13 (talk) 16:14, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
