I have again deleted the article, because you blanked it, which is taken as a request for deletion. I see that after someone else reverted the blanking, you replaced the English text with Spanish. Please, create this article on the Spanish Wikipedia. It should be created at es:Feliné Quezada Figueroa, with the accent, which appears on her name in the sources you added. However, you will need better sources; at least two that discuss her at length.
