Ricardo Perez Godoy

[edit]

Hello, I'm writing to you in order to inform you that the article that you started, from the German Wikipedia, is now with much more info and with a picture. It would be great if you can work with us to expand the peruvian articles in wiki-en and wiki-de. Messhermit 02:49, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Hallo Messhermit, thank you, that is great. I will expand the article in the German Wikipedia accordingly within the next week or so. (For the picture, copyrighted "fair use" pictures won't qualify for the German Wikipedia. The one you added to the article on Nicolas Lindley Lopez may be usable based on its different type of license). -- Jungletiger 03:17, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Other Peruvian Presidents

[edit]

Some pictures of other Presidents are located in Commons. Most of them are from the beginning of the XX Century, while others are from the early years of the republic. I believe that this information could be of significant important in your efforts of expanding Wiki-deutchs. It appears that you did a nice translation of the article of Godoy!. keep in touch, feel free to post in my talk page. Messhermit 02:40, 24 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Peruvian wikipedians

[edit]

Hey, I thought since you've contributed by translating some articles concerning Peru, you might be interested in adding your self to the Peruvian Wikipedians list. Its for both peruvians and non-peruvians to collaborate on articles concerning Peru. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wikipedians/Peru Greetings, --Dynamax 22:11, 24 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Hi Dynamax, thanks a lot for this invitation! I'm somewhat hesitant since I consider my project of creating and expanding articles about "Peruvian Presidents after 1950" on the German Wikipedia completed (apart from regular updates of course) and don't know yet whether my next focus will be Peru-related (I chose it since it gave good opportunities for translating from Spanish), but I´ll keep track and will enter my name on the list if Peru remains a theme. -- Jungletiger 5 July 2005 15:42 (UTC)

Looks good to me. I've added subst:ed a {{or-fu-re}} template to the Fair Use image. I'll keep a copy around in case the article expands to the point where two images would be handy, but barring that it'll be deleted in seven days. Nice find! :) GeeJo (t)(c) • 04:18, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Images to FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2007

[edit]

Thanks for putting the images to the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2007. They look good. I just relocated them to their respective sections. Look forward to working with you on these championships. Chris 14:43, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your photo

[edit]

Dear Eckhard,

I thought you might like to know that I've used one of your photos on my website:

I've acknowledged it by making it link back to the original page on Wikipedia.

It's a great photo - thanks very much for making it available under creative commons,

cheers,
