Nomination of BR James for deletion

I was initially offended by the request to delete this article as I have followed this act for a while but reading the reason, I understood, I have re-written the article. James BR (born 4 May 1981) is an English singer-songwriter and piano player, based in Guildford, United Kingdom. He success with his album "You and Me on a Mission" Of which song from the album where feature by Trinity mirror's get Surrey and USA's top Soul music review company Soul Tracks She describes his music as "Heart Felt Soul"

James is currently promoting his third piano EP, BR James and The Piano: Soul Life released Feb 2018.

Early life and education Born in Islington, London in England then moving to Nigeria with his family.

James first started playing piano at the age of 8 or 9, after being passed on an organ his grand dad had left behind. Spotting this early talent, his parents got him a piano teacher. He later began writing at age 16, initially rap lyrics. "I'd write and record on cassette tapes then"

On his 19th birthday James became homeless of which he slept rough not knowing he'd write a song about it years later.

Early career In 2012 James met up with Yamaha endorsed guitarist Paul Sandercock, after a couple of practices, an opportunity rose to play a live session at BBC Brighton. James took on a Radio Presenting Job a short while after that on Radio Woking, where which he interviewed renowned artist such as Australian Idol winner Natalie Gaucci, X Factors, runner up Reggie N Bollie and 90's star Victoria Beebee.


Music career In 2016, James got a team of five help with an album he said he wanted to reflect him. After about 10 months of writing an recording, "You and Me on a Mission" was released. "We did not know what to expect" James said. The Album got multiple reviews and write ups from Get Surrey, Wokingham News and Mail and Soul Tracks. Leading James and his band to tour the UK, selling out multiple venues.

After the album was completed, rather than sign to a major label, James decided to self-release "You and Me on a Mission"


Personal life James still lives in the Farnborough Area, Married to Petra and they both have a son Emmanuel

Other than her music, her greatest passions are speaking of which he has spoken at colleges in the UK including Bracknell and Wokingham College and Farnborough College of Technology
