Welcome to Wikipedia[edit]

Thank you for your message. I see that you started here around July, that is very good. I am impressed with the fact that you are only ten years opld. This is a fun place to work and learn from, but I must warn you that you are going to find both, Wikipedians who are good poeple and willing to help and those who are rude and mean. Some people may misunderstand your edits and mistakes because they do not know that you are ten and starting here. Here is a word of advuce, do not reasse any articles for now, leave that up to the more experienced editors. Copyedit articles that need spelling and garmmer corrections and that are of your interest. Anything that you add to an article, must have a source. Take it easy and do not get discouraged. Pa'lante. If you like I can create a "workshop" for you similar to mine. Take a look: Workshop. In the workshop you can create articles, experiment with them and so on. No one will bother you there. I write my articles in my workshop and make corrections before posting them in the Wikipedia "mainspace". You can even post the codes that you have in your "talk" page, thereby making giving your "talk page" more space for discussions. Just let me know. Tony the Marine (talk) 03:13, 12 November 2011 (UTC)

  • You now have a "workshop". P.S. Always remember to sign with 4 "~"'s (~~~~) when sending a message to anyone. Enjoy your "workshop. Tony the Marine (talk) 05:04, 13 November 2011 (UTC)

David Bernier[edit]

Who knows, you may be related. Did you know that the Berniers were among the first people from France to settle in Puerto Rico and that the French are come after the Sanish as the largest group in Puerto Rico? They are followed by the Corsicans, who are French citizens of Italian descent. Here is an article which I wrote were you will find the surnames of the French families who settled in the island: French immigration to Puerto Rico. File permission problem with File:Lawton Public Schools Logo.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Lawton Public Schools Logo.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 18:25, 7 July 2013 (UTC)

David Bernier[edit]

You are his nephew? I would like to work on the article, since he seems like a likely candidate for governor in a post-AGP PPD. However, there is very little information on the web, besides what is already there. There are a few things that you may be able to contribute such as:

  • Why did he choose fencing, despite its rare practice in PR?
  • What other sports did he practice/follow?
  • Who influenced him the most?
  • More results from his sports career, opponents defeated.
  • Any awards earned for his work as a dentist.
  • His personal stance within the PPD, conservador or soberanista?
  • The reason behind his interest in agricultural self-sufficiency.

And other simmilar information included in the biographies of athletes and politicians. (talk) 03:09, 5 March 2014 (UTC)

Percy Jackson Task-force[edit]

Hi, I'm looking to help re-activate the Percy Jackson Task-force. As you are one of the few supporters still actively editing Wikipedia, I wanted to extend an invitation for you to work with me to do this. If you are no longer interested, I'd appreciate your taking the time to remove your username from the "Supporters" list here. And thanks for all you did before!

If you are interested, firstly I'd like to invite you to become a full member, as the requirements for membership are going to be lowered in the near future (I know they scared me away on the first try). I would also ask you to consider a proposal I have, which is that this task-force become the "Rick Riordan" task-force. I've suggested this because I think it would help keep the project active and also help stop some pretty widespread vandalism in articles referring to that author. My proposal in brief. I'm a relatively new Wikipedian, so I'd appreciate the advice and expertise of a more experienced user. Thanks again in advance, and feel free to contact me on my Talk page. 2ReinreB2 (talk) 01:43, 23 July 2015 (UTC)
