I'm a Wikipedia editor from China. As you know, we Chinese can hardly visit the Wikipedia site directly. We have to use some tools like VPN. I love the BBC TV show Doctor Who very much and I'm wondering if I can do something for it on Wikipedia or not. Please help me and unblock. Thanks a lot.
