Review of Rock Lake[edit]

Hi Karlycushway, nice additions to the Rock Lake article! I'm adding some comments / suggestions below that I hope will improve the article - I'm working off of your draft here.

units[edit]

When you refer to a measurement (e.g. 3.218 km), use the convert template to convert between metric and imperial units (e.g. 3.218 km (2.000 mi)). Typically, list the unit of measurement that is most commonly used by the country in which the lake resides - since Rock Lake is in U.S., use the imperial units (ft, miles, acre-ft, etc..) and convert to metric units (km, m, etc...).
I would round off the decimal for some of the units you report - limit to 1 or 2 decimal places (e.g. 3.2 km instead of 3.218 km).
instead of reporting lake volume in cubic meters, consider reporting in acre-ft or km^3

hyperlinks[edit]

I encourage you to add more hyperlinks to other Wikipedia pages in your text as this is how people discover other aspects about the lake and also allows you to refer to other information instead of including everything in one article. E.g. hyperlink to Madison, WI, or ground moraine, or pH

References[edit]

you have a lot of great information about the lake reported in the text including the size and water quality characteristics, but these values should be backed up with some references. Do you have links to where you found this information?

structure[edit]

good structure listing the geography and lake properties first followed by the history of the lake and other tidbits - when continuing to work on this page, try to follow the suggested structure from WikiProject Lakes - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Lakes#Article_structure

infobox[edit]

I'd encourage you to add the lake properties (area, depth, volume, etc...) to the infobox on the page. This helps the reader get a quick overview of the lake.
