Hi. First thanks for your help reverting vandalism. However could I ask that you not leave notices on other users' talk pages that say they are blocked when they are not. This is highly misleading for the user and makes it look like you are trying to masquerade as a administrator which is a very bad idea. I have given a 6 month soft block to User:204.98.2.34. Thanks, Gwernol 19:11, 11 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I see you left another block notice on User:209.204.95.2. Please stop doing this, it is disruptive. If you want to request an administrator review a user and block them, please report the user to the appropriate noticeboard instead. Thanks, Gwernol 19:20, 11 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm... Someone else may have used your account. I have looked through my browser's history and cannot find anything wrong. Terribly sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you. By someone else using your account, I mean, well, at one time, an admin left his computer logged on to WP while his friends were over at his house and they vandalized the main page with the text "MARGE SUCKS!!!" I just wanted to be sure that someone else didn't use your computer or steal your password. Just a precaution :D (Oh, and the reason I might have warned you is because I had a really bad cold last night, it got to my head and I couldn't think straight!) Barnstar

[edit]

Hey thanks for the barnstar, your appreciation is appreciated. It looks like you've had a little bit of trouble since I stopped last. Anything that I could help with?--Joe Jklin (T C) 06:11, 12 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

P.S.

When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

Edit summary text box

The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.

Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field, especially for big edits or when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Thank you. --Joe Jklin (T C) 06:32, 14 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
