Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, KatinaMarie, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Subject Topic options

[edit]

A few people I've found that have articles that could be worked on are Doreen Kimura and Marcia K. Johnson. Doreen Kimura would be our top choice. There's some other sources with psychology pages, and a PDF that talks about her topics in sex differences in the brain that we could use to add more information on her current wiki page.

I also really like the topic of Doreen Kimura. She made some major developments in auditory processing by using dichotic testing which the current Wiki article doesn't mention.

That would be a good thing to add in if we're able to edit Doreen for our assignment. KatinaMarie (talk) 18:55, 7 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You've got Kimura. Good choice! You will find plenty of material to develop the existing Wikipedia article.J.R. Council (talk) 22:04, 20 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
