Question

hello sorry for bothering you but how should i make a episode like the same list of episode in the list — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nelsonpantoja (talkcontribs) 03:13, 11 February 2017 (UTC)

Nelsonpantoja The easy way to explain it is to copy and paste the last entry below the final episode in the chart and replace it with the new episode's information. If you're going to re-add the "Diane's Revenge" episode though, you'll need a reliable source to prove it's an actual episode. You're awesome

I just wanted to thank you for this[1]. I've been having trouble with this editor's AIV reporting for a while now. Glad to have a second voice to help reaffirm. Boomer VialHolla! We gonna ball! 04:33, 10 March 2017 (UTC)

Boomer Vial Thanks, happy to help! Just noticed he was putting fake block notices on the talk pages of users he reported so I thought I should say something. As you've been commenting on his talk page, I've been looking at some of his past reports and they are pretty problematic. He's just putting "Long-term vandalism" down for most users he reports (including ones that have only made a few contributions and even one that started editing only 12 days ago) and reporting IPs willy-nilly. I'll be watching his contribs now to see if he changes his reporting pattern now that we've said something, and will call him out if I see him jump the gun reporting anyone again. Hopefully our advice will cause him to stop and look into the Wikipedia policies more before he reports again. Let me know if he continues and I'll be happy to step in and/or provide a second voice again. :) Cheers, Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor 04:48, 10 March 2017 (UTC)

A cupcake for you!

If User talk:KatnissEverdeen/Simpsons IP Disruption and the effort in keeping this updated doesn't count for something, then I reckon your ANI Report grants this cupcake. Also what the hey, soft spot for the name, used to be a fan of the 'Hunger Games' books. :) MM ('"HURRRR?) (Hmmmmm.) 02:56, 13 March 2017 (UTC)

RE: Unconstructive edit

Hi,

The edit I made is factually correct. There have only been 27 DTV movies of Scooby Doo released by Warner Brothers Entertainment, but the article stated that this was the 28th. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.127.140.100 (talk) 13:50, 22 March 2017 (UTC)

Hmm, you actually make a good point. I was going off of the other articles, (Scooby-Doo! and WWE: Curse of the Speed Demon says it's the 27th, Lego Scooby-Doo! Haunted Hollywood says it's the 26th, Scooby-Doo! and Kiss: Rock and Roll Mystery says it's the 25th, etc.) but it appears on one of the articles, the numbering was messed up by someone, as the main Scooby-Doo article shows that it is the 27th. Thank you for pointing my mistake out! Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor 14:16, 22 March 2017 (UTC)

Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? edit.

I edited the description for the episode "Foul Play in Funland" because it oncorrectly states that Sarah Jenkins is the wife of the caretaker. I wateched the episode not long agio and she is identified as his sister. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.27.237.219 (talk) 12:31, 23 March 2017 (UTC)

I just watched the episode again and you're right. Thanks for fixing that! Cheers Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor 14:19, 23 March 2017 (UTC)

Spike Brandt and Tony Cervone

I had split Spike Brandt and Tony Cervone into Spike Brandt and Tony Cervone (see the articles' histories), but the pages were reverted back into redirects. I left the individual links in case they ever did get separate articles again. Trivialist (talk) 16:14, 29 April 2017 (UTC)

Trivialist My apologies then for the annoyed edit summaries. It just appeared like you were blindly splitting the articles without realizing that they were a joint page. My mistake on that, should have looked into it more. Thanks for correcting that! Cheers, Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor 17:18, 29 April 2017 (UTC)
No problem. :) Trivialist (talk) 21:28, 29 April 2017 (UTC)

Re: The Simpsons Season 31

Yeah, but Al Jean confirmed to do 669 episodes and THOH XXX will be 666 episode. 12 Mr.inkognito123

Hi Mr.inkognito123, the first tweet just mentions that the episode would be a holdover from season 30. With the 618 episodes we have now, and the fact that there are generally around 22 episodes per season, that would bring the total up to 662 for the end of season 30, leaving only 7 (as Jean mentioned) "holdover" episodes. The season cycles don't link up with the production cycles (thus why the season generally ends with the production code *ABF15), and they are confirmed to do up to the 30th season (presumably it ends with the production code *ABF15). Seven holdover episodes leaves *ABF16-*ABF22 remaining (22 episodes per season), and Fox could choose to air those episodes as part of season 30 or however else if they chose not to air season 31. The point being, Jean hasn't necessarily given anything official, just vague comments regarding the "holdover" episodes which may or may not be aired as part of season 31. Per WP:OR, we can't presume that there is a season 31 unless Jean or Fox explicitly states that the show has been renewed. Hope that makes sense. Re: The Simpsons Episode "Lisahood"

I deleted this episode because this doesn't exist. This episode is Mr. Lisa's Opus. 1 2 Mr.inkognito123 —Preceding undated comment added 15:21, 5 October 2017 (UTC)

Hi Mr.inkognito123, thanks for fixing that incorrect information. However, in the future, it may be helpful if you use an edit summary (the rectangular box below the edit window) to describe in brief the changes you are making to the article and why. Otherwise, it may appear to other users that you are just arbitrarily deleting info for no reason. Cheers, Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor ♥ 00:55, 6 October 2017 (UTC)

Why Do I Keep Having My Edits Deleted When They Are Right?

I Keep Having My Edits Deleted. No one Has Said ONE POSITIVE THING ABOUT ME! DBG Channel (talk) 22:14, 10 October 2017 (UTC)

Hi DBG Channel, firstly, no one is attempting to make you feel bad or saying you are a terrible editor. Wikipedia is unfortunately very intricate in its policies, and thus new users often have a difficult time grasping how to edit Wikipedia correctly. The best advice I can give is to not take anything too personally and know that it will get easier as time goes on and you continue editing. I was a new user once as well and found it very challenging at first to try to learn all the new rules and what the "correct" way to edit is.
I can't speak for any other editors as to why they reverted you, but I'll try my best to explain why I reverted your edits. Your edit here has several issues. All of the claims you added "A Second Sequel Scooby Doo 3 Was Planned But Was Later Cancelled," "Both To Mixed Reception," "A Reboot Titled S.C.O.O.B Was Originally Planned For A September 21, 2018 Release, Is Now Going To Be Released On May 15, 2020." and "To Negative Reviews" are not sourced. Unfortunately, there are a lot of editors who will deliberately add false information and vandalize articles, so it is required that you find a reliable source for any and all claims you add to back them up, even if you believe the info you are adding is right. Otherwise, it is impossible for other editors to tell if the information being added is correct or false. Knowing you are "right" unfortunately counts for nothing on Wikipedia, as anyone can claim they are right even if they're adding completely fake information. In addition, you inexplicably write all your edits with every word capitalized, which doesn't fit with the formal tone of Wikipedia. Generally all articles are in sentence case (the same style I'm writing this message in now) to maintain a professional appearance, so it is usually frowned upon to write in an improper tone such as capitalizing every word in a sentence. In your other edit here, you also add more unsourced claims "The film Had It's Premiere In Hollywood On March 20, 2004" and "Warner Brothers Were Planning on Making Scooby Doo 3 But Was Later Cancelled."
Hopefully that helps explain things better, though if you still have questions I'm happy to answer them, or you can ask at the WP:Teahouse where there are tons of experienced editors who can help answer any lingering questions you may have. ANI Experiences survey

Beginning on November 28, 2017, the Wikimedia Foundation Community health initiative (Safety and Support and Anti-Harassment Tools team) will be conducting a survey to en.wikipedia contributors on their experience and satisfaction level with the Administrator’s Noticeboard/Incidents. This survey will be integral to gathering information about how this noticeboard works - which problems it deals with well, and which problems it struggles with.

The survey should take 10-20 minutes to answer, and your individual responses will not be made public. The survey is delivered through Google Forms. The privacy policy for the survey describes how and when Wikimedia collects, uses, and shares the information we receive from survey participants and can be found here:

If you would like to take this survey, please sign up on this page, and a link for the survey will be mailed to you via Special:Emailuser.
