@Monhiroe Archived sites, Poorly Sourced URLs have been removed. Article re-edited with active source of reference.

Generally, instead of deleting Wikipedia page, try to take initial steps such identifying poorly sourced URLs to improve editing.

There are number of pages I contributed for identifying and fixing the poorly sourced and biased (or promotional content) for Indian Cinema and Artist pages. Deleting not the option !

sure. Kindly add the Notable sources. If he is sri Lankan artist there are notable websites verakesari Dailynews sri lanka thinakaran add that.Most of Tariq_Hisny have Personal Press releases and some pages are not available now. @Monhiroe For music related article, always there is a Discography section. Recordings included inside Discography section are often mapped with "collaborative music database" such as "MusicBrainz" For this Person, I could see this has been properly formatted with https://musicbrainz.org/artist/2a8dd647-ab76-4fe0-ba81-8b7de65fa6bf and this been given as Authority Control.

However, if we add multiple info in notes section we may still need to add references indeed. I'll check if there any notes added overly in this page inside Discography.

Regarding references (news reference, journals, media coverage, etc.) does not necessarily need to be Sri Lankan website. We only need to check the notability, authenticity of the article and it's non-promotional view - That's important!

It means we can safely put an Authority Control Template upon publishing. If you are contributing this article, please try to publish and then insert the Authority Control Template.

WikData page also have to have some published references such as English Wikipedia of this artist for Authority Control. In order to have we must publish the Wikipedia page.
