Dead link removal

Hello, and thank you for your contributions! I noticed that you removed several links you found to be dead at Pellet fuel. Although the raw URL in a source may be dead, there is a very good chance that the website has been archived, and can be restored. If links appear dead in the future, consider going to the Internet Archive and entering the URL there. This service stores copies of pages at different points in time, and often crawls Wikipedia for new pages to store, so most of the time, links will still be accessible there. Typically, references have an 'accessed' date attached to them - choosing a date near that time will often lead to a copy of the website supporting the material here. If this is the case, you can add to the citation on Wikipedia by adding the archive-url and archive-date parameters in the citation tag, along with url-status=dead to inform readers that the live version is no longer accessible. Some of the links you removed already included these - make sure to check the reference for an archived copy before deleting.
