America's Stonehenge

[edit]

Hi - I see someone has removed your photo. I'm afraid I agree with them. Besides the fact that you can't see the 10, even if you could, so what? It's evidence that someone carved the number 10 into the stone but not when (at the earliest the 19th century). And as an encyclopedia we try to keep a formal tone, which means in port no personal comments. Thanks though - don't worry about being reverted, after over 150,000 edits people still undo my edits! I have several pictures of stonehenge that have hidden symbols shapes andnumbers that I have collected and worked on for years with a few professors. I can actually use these symbols and number to locate a triangle associated to stonhenge, in Dracut Massachusetts. It's a triangle in the middle of a marsh on State Reservation. I can also relate these numbers shapes patterns symbols ect. to many other places of interest. I tested wiki with just 1 single picture and the results were disappointing. I and my professors have figured something out that is quite amazing. I wanted to use your site to leak out this information slowly but it appears I will not be able to do that. Your website is sad at best. Steve
I've got your email. I didn't delete your image, but Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a publisher of original thought - see WP:NOT. You may think our encyclopedia is sad, but the stats show a lot of people disagree. But yes, it's disappointing for people who want to promote new or fringe ideas. I also concur with Doug Weller here. Please understand that Wikipedia summarizes existing sources; it does not push new ideas. It's not the venue for your pictures, unfortunately. Erik (talk | contrib) (ping me) 17:44, 10 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
