Speedy deletion nomination of Sabal Singh Bhati

[edit]

Hello, Khushi gahlot,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username TheWikiholic and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged an article that you started, Sabal Singh Bhati, for deletion, because [consensus decision] previously decided that it wasn't suitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. If you wish to restore a page deleted via a deletion discussion, please use the deletion review process instead, rather than reposting the content of the page.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|TheWikiholic}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Comments and advice

[edit]
  1. To be the topic of an article, a subject has to be shown to be significant and notable enough. Notability needs to be established by references to substantial coverage of the subject in multiple reliable published sources independent of the subject. All but one of the references you posted concerning Shameem Mohamed Ismail were by him, not about him. That means they were neither coverage of him (substantial or otherwise) nor independent of him. The one reference which was not by him seems to briefly mention him (or at least someone called Shameem, probably him) but does not give any significant coverage. In any case, nothing in the article suggests that he is any more than an ordinary manager of a business, nor did my searches turn up any evidence that he is, so he does not appear to be significant enough for a Wikipedia article.
  2. The text you posted in the article about Shameem Mohamed Ismail was substantially promotional, giving the clear impression that its purpose was to give readers a positive impression of him, whereas Wikipedia content needs to be written from a neutral point of view. Both because of that and because of the lack of evidence of significance, the article has been deleted.
  3. If you are connected to someone or something you have written about (a few examples are writing about yourself, your business, your band, a member of your family, your client) then you should be aware that Wikipedia's conflict of interest guideline discourages you from writing about that subject. The main reason for that is that experience over the years indicates that editors with such a connection to a subject they are writing about are likely to find it very difficult, or even impossible, to stand back from their writing and see how it will look from the detached perspective of an outsider, so that they are likely to write in ways that look promotional to others, even if they sincerely think they are writing in a neutral way. Also, if your editing forms all or part of work for which you are paid, whether as an employee, as a contractor, or in any other capacity, the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use require you to state who is paying you, and what your connection to them is. (To avoid the possibility of a surprisingly common misunderstanding, editing is part of paid work if it is done as part of normal employment or as part of a work to a contract, whether or not a specific payment earmarked for editing Wikipedia is made.) Atul Kishan Sharma moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Atul Kishan Sharma, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs to be written in a neutral, encyclopaedic tone. I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Blocked as a sockpuppet

[edit]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:Fightersword per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/TheWeldere. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
