Hello, I made this accound long ago but did not use it. I think it got deleted because of inactivity, but after log in it was created again here. I can not edit because it is said that "18:31, 22 February 2018 Renamed user mou89p43twvqcvm8ut9w3 talk contribs blocked Kiroranke". Is this a error on my network? No, that's not an error in your (home-)network. It means that an admin named "Renamed user mou89p43twvqcvm8ut9w3" asked the software behind Wikipedia to refuse editing from this account. Based on the name of the blocking admin I guess that he received a Courtesy vanishing later on so its impossible to ask him. Based on the block reason provided in you block log I (and you) can assume that he blocked you for Violating WP:SOCK. Pages that might be helpful:
