why are you going to delete this page, he may not be in the encyclopedia, but he is quite famous from where I'm from and will be famous soon

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and the guidelines for biographies in particular. Wikipedia is not a crystal ball, it is not for people who will be notable but for people who are notable. Please have a look at some of the links above and get a better sense of what wikipedia is about.
