Jailbreak[edit]

The shot of the iPhone OS is copyrighted and thus cannot be used. But to use Photoshop to remove what's on the screen would defeat the purpose of showing what a jailbroken iPhone OS looks like. hbdragon88 (talk) 21:09, 12 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

First, I'd prefer to keep conversations on the same page. Second, to answer the question, it could be considered fair use but the Commons only allows free images. So you would have to upload it here and have a fair use rationale for it. hbdragon88 (talk) 22:37, 12 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
