Images uploaded

[edit]

Thank you for uploading the images of Stavros Malas and Giorgos Lillikas .As I noticed , the images do not have the same ratio. Try to find images that have the same ratio ( in this case portrait like Anastasiades' image) and so they would be even.

Orphaned non-free media (File:Giorgos Lillikas, presidential candidate for Cyprus 2013.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Giorgos Lillikas, presidential candidate for Cyprus 2013.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:29, 6 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

January 2014

[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to List of power metal bands may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • {|class= "wikitable" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="width:80%"
  • | [[Winter's Verge]]<ref>{{cite web |title=''Winter's Verge Official'' |url=http://www.reverbnation.com/wintersvergeofficial</

List of Power Metal Bands Reference

[edit]

Ah, sorry for the repeated removal of the band you added, what the people who removed the band are looking for is a reliable reference. This reference should say they are a Power Metal band and it should be a reliable source. This means that it cannot be a webzine or primary sources (the band's own website or their record label's site). The reference needs to be from a magazine/news or web source that is reputable and is verified via editors (I.E. people can't just post their own articles, and articles are not posted without going through an editor). See WP:RS. A good source for references could be Blabbermouth.net for example. I've already looked in quite a few places for a good reference for Winter's Verge and I can't seem to find anything, so I'll leave it up to you. Vortiene (talk) 23:48, 12 January 2014 (UTC) Hey i'm kind of new to wikipedia so i don't know how to reach you to send you a message. Anyway i found to other websites and also found that they featured in the powerplay rock and metal magazine of the UK so it's a reliable source.[reply]

I actually found a reliable source in German for Winter's Verge, so I will put it on the list article and onto the band's page. Vortiene (talk) 05:16, 14 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
