Needhanja
[edit]I'm surprised at how few "needhanja" requests are left! Did you empty them all out? By the way, two of the 5 pansoris need Revised and McC-R romanizations; can you add those? Badagnani 21:26, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
- Heh okay done-- Konamaiki 21:32, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
Need box at Daechwita. Should Chwita be merged into this? Badagnani 22:04, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
- I would say yes - it is chwita with the prefix dae 대 大 meaning large; I would say it is a type of chwita. Konamaiki 22:36, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
- Actually, I'm going to check google.co.kr and make sure hehe Konamaiki 22:38, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
- According to here: http://sca.visitseoul.net/korean/ethnic/i_intangible_properties06008.htm daechwita is a more elaborate form of chwita with more flutes, drums, and some other instruments which I am not familiar with. I vote merge. Konamaiki 22:50, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

Nawa_nobi and Nawa_chijimi (縄伸びと縄縮み)
Penpen0216 05:33, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
- ありがとうございました。 「縄伸び」はローマ字で記述してありますが翻訳を校正してくださる方がいないような気がします... (笑 Konamaiki 19:22, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

Re: Third-party reception of Akatsuki
[edit]Well, that's unfortunate. I thought there would have been something more constructive than that. Thanks for trying at least. ~SnapperTo 02:36, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

New LA2 Japanese Wikipedia Page
[edit]Hey, I just wanted to say that the Japanese Wikipedia has an article on the game if that would be easier to do. Thor231 18:57, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
RE: LA2
[edit]I just wanted to say that you can take as much time as you need and then come back to translate LA2. I hope you do well in school. Thanks for the reply! Thor231 23:55, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

Japanese Music Charts
[edit]Hi, I'm just writing to you to request your help and assistance in referencing the Japanese Music Charts. Through out alot of popular english songs I have viewed I have noticed that they have been noted as performing well in Japan and have also read that the Japanese music market it very big. But in saying this every song I have seen has not got a Japanese chart position in the charts box. So if you are into music and willing to try and provide information on the Japanese Music Charts it would be greatly appreciated so then wikipedia users can start adding the Japanese chart positions into the chart boxes for popular songs. Hello, I found your user page from , anyway, I was wondering if you were able to translate this image. It has been uploaded by a user who has been uploading other rather nonsensical images to wiki, and I believe the script is Korean. Can you tag it as nonsense if it is, or perhaps explain what possible purposes it could fulfill? I can't translate this and would appreciate the assistance. Kind regards User A1 (talk) 02:26, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
Are you sexy?
[edit]- Sorry, just wanted to know, cause you sound sexy :) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.123.81.12 (talk) 21:29, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
- I am very smexy. But I would think I sounded nerdy, especially given my interests. But how'd you find my talkpage? Given your edits, it doesn't seem like any of our interests overlap... Konamaiki (talk) 23:11, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
Need your help
[edit]Hello. I'm Bukubku.
You seem a Korean. And you are also proud of your volunteer translation.
Would you translate this article, please. this link.
I'm Korean reader to some extent. and I read this article.
However one person told me that this article wrote as Japanese government attempted to divert the blame to the Koreans about the assassination of Empress Myeongseong and Dr.Woo was mistreatment by Japanese.
I don't believe the person's translation.
Please, help me--Bukubku (talk) 10:50, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, Konamaiki. My request was very painful for you. You are Korean. And I don't stand South Korean view point. Now I'm trobled with one South Korean. And I reported relating this translation.(Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/IncidentArchive489#User: Caspian blue (second)) I appreciate only your heart. You major history, and you read some languages. So you can read some Wiki and some sources. You will find many viewpoint. Anyway I think Woo Jang-choon is a symbol of Korean-Japanese friendship. Sorry and thank you.--Bukubku (talk) 15:44, 16 November 2008 (UTC)

Could you kindly help me create this article, based on this English article? Please.
Your help would be very Gratefully appreciated, Thankyou very much.
(In return, I can help you translate your favorite article into the Chinese or Taiwanese language). --A-eng (talk) 21:56, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
- Thankyou for your willingness to help me.
- I am interested in the translation of the article into Japanese because my great-grand-uncle was one of those Taiwanese TJC members who had helped preach the gospel to those Japanese converts in Taiwan. --A-eng (talk) 00:47, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
Infobox Korean Film
[edit]Hello, I saw your ID on WikiProject and so I thought you might be interested in a debate at Template Talk on the topic of merging Infobox Korean Film into the generic Infobox Film category, deleting the Hangul/hanja/RR/MR information, or keeping it separate (as it currently is). I would appreciate it if you to contribute your thoughts or at least glance over it. The more people looking/thinking about it will give us better ideas as to what should be decided. Thank you. ₪RicknAsia₪ 09:04, 13 October 2012 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite
[edit]Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 05:01, 20 October 2016 (UTC)
