[edit]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to War in Afghanistan (2001–present). Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you.   — Jeff G. ツ 18:58, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. All of your contributions appear to be for the purpose of adding links to one particular site, be it as references or external links. Ckatzchatspy 07:52, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing as this account appears to exist solely for the purpose of adding links to one specific site. Evidence suggests that you are also using multiple sockpuppet accounts to further this goal. The site in question has been blacklisted from Wikipedia. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Request reason:

Sorry for abusing Wikipedia guidelines. The site I posted links to is a non-commercial project hosted by respectable Russian scholars and political analysts. I just felt their reflections are worth considering. If you think I could be unblocked, please, do it. If not - well, I'm sorry...

Decline reason:

Your only "edits" in a month of editing were to add links to that site. Given that you had no constructive contributions, I'm not comfortable unblocking you. Blueboy96 02:56, 16 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
