Your userpage User:Kwalker7 has a category, and so appears in Category:American suffragists.
As the guideline on userpages describes, this is undesired. It is suggested that you edit the userpage to prevent this showing. It can be done by adding a semicolon (:) before the word Category, like this: [[:Category:American suffragists]].
