I think that this article qualifies for a separate article. The primary question is whether or not it is a distinct topic covered in depth by sources as-such. I believe that this is the case in China, reinforced by there apparently being a distinct word for it in China. I'm not good enough at linguistics to comment on the title which may need further review. I marked it as reviewed. Happy editing!
