Decline reason:

You were blocked because you ignored all requests to stop adding your web site to Wikipedia. This request seems to ask to be unblocked... so you can go back to advertising your company. That's why you are blocked, not a reason for unblocking. The fact that the article has a list of manufacturers of projectors appears to be entirely unrelated to what you were doing.
