Hi Leona! My name is Olivia and I am in COM 489 with you! I'm super excited to see your edits on Cap Hill Block Party because its one of my favorite things about Seattle summer! Kingleothethird (talk) 05:26, 17 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome![edit]

Greetings Leonaaklipi and welcome (again!) to both Wikipedia and to COM482! I think that Capitol Hill Block Party is a great topic (sad to miss it this year), the stub had lots of room for improvement.

It looks like you're off to a good start and have added a bunch of text to the version in your sandbox. Keep working on it and compare it to other excellent articles on festivals. Watch issues of WP:TONE (you seem to be doing OK) and maybe also watch your use of WP:REDLINKS which you have a bunch of. Good luck! —mako 15:42, 19 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Feedback on your draft[edit]

Greetings Leonaaklipi! I did a quick pass on your sandbox User:Leonaaklipi/Capitol Hill Block Party. You've added a ton of a new text, worked on the tone and it feels like it's on a good track. Why don't you start moving over the next to the live version of the article!

I'm sure we'll hear back from some local Wikipedians who will have additional insight and feedback on how to improve the article. —mako 17:55, 4 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
