Got your message[edit]

Thanks for your message, Leonard. To get you started, maybe you could click on the "User page" tab at the top left of this page. It's a red link, which means that the page has not yet been created. In there, maybe briefly introduce yourself. It's up to you whether or not to divulge your "real world" name and any bio.

Then maybe add this to the page, to create a link to a sandbox of your own, where you can experiment:

== Work in progress ==
* [[User:User:Leonard Robichaud/sandbox|Sandbox 1]]

If you need more sandboxes later, just add a link to /sandbox2, /sandbox3; etc.

Hope this help. Regards, Eric: Esowteric+Talk 07:39, 1 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Leonard, it looks like you've copied the article's text into your sandbox via a text editor. You need to go to the the page you want to use as a template, click on "Edit" and copy the page source. Then go to your sandbox, click on "Edit" there, paste the source and save. That way, all the wiki markup, etc, are copied exactly as they are on the original page.
