[edit]Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Victor M. Richel. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Including phrases like "X has distinguished himself..." and "X extends his time and commitment to the community" is inappropriate in an encyclopedia. Note also that content added must be referenced to reliable sources and that there is a Manual of Style which should be followed, so for example, all wikipedia articles refer to people by their surnames, not using titles like "Mr." - see WP:SURNAME.
