Unfortunately, the image you're trying to add is hosted on another website. Wikipedia can only use images hosted on its own servers. Moreover, images must be available under a free license. This is a bit hard to explain, but basically, when someone creates a picture, they own the copyright to it, meaning they can prevent anyone else from using it. However, Wikipedia wants everyone to be able to use an image, so to upload a picture to Wikipedia, you must give it a license that allows anyone to use, modify, or distribute it. Now, if the specific image you have in mind wasn't created by you, then it can't be uploaded.
Also, the technical ability to upload pictures is restricted to users with at least 10 edits who are at least 4 days old.
