Annotated bibliography
[edit]Hello! Your bibliography presents a nice variety of studies on mindfulness and eating habits. Keep in mind that each article must either support or refute a particular side of a nutrition controversy, so you may benefit from refining the "pros" and "cons" for this controversy. It's unlikely that many articles will argue that mindless eating is a positive habit, so think about different ways to phrase the question that you're asking. If you have questions let me know.
