Hello, I am the wrong resource to go to for your concerns, being that I'm just one editor here and am not particularly interested in the article. I suggest you take your request to Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Biographies and bring your debate there. As for the lead, I suggest you read the guidelines to the first paragraph for a biography.
