[edit]The lead article does summarize what is being discussed on the page. The main idea of the article is how Texas has low taxes on gas so they have to make up for the loss of money by building toll roads.
The article is well organized with headings and subheadings that making the flow of the page work.
There is an adequate amount of information in each of the sections.
The authors of this page use clear language they do not leave the reader wondering what they are talking about.
Everything that needs a source has a link attached or is sited.
All the references have some type of value to the paper. They are all on the topic of toll roads or roads in general.
the page was missing a lot before the group started working on it. I would rate the progress a 4 out of 5 because they did a good job expanding on missing items.
Toll roads are interesting to me so I enjoyed the article, I really like that y'all expanded so much on the central Texas section.
The only two changes I would make would be 1. Delete the extra "s" in County-operated toll roadss 2. Expand a little about the County-operated toll roads
The improvements would correct spelling in a heading and add more information a reader would find useful.

- I don't know if you're still active with the article, but I put in a bunch of work. It was missing a unified table listing all of the toll roads. A table has been added, but it needs lengths, termini and dates to be added with sources. There's issues with the tone of the writing to make it follow the encyclopedic tone we expect of Wikipedia articles. I totally overhauled the organization to group related topics together. You probably want to take a look again. Imzadi 1979 → 05:56, 3 December 2014 (UTC)
