Hello, Lord Dandy, and Welcome to Wikipedia!

I'm Steven, a Wikipedia editor like you, and I noticed that you made a helpful change to Agroforestry Research Trust. Thank you for your contributions. Wikipedia is a community of volunteers who want to build a great free encyclopedia, and we need your help. We have five simple rules, but other than that, we just need people like you to be bold and edit.

If you have questions of any kind, feel free to ask me on my Wikipedia talk page or by email.

Best regards, Steven Walling • talk 20:14, 24 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Ahem[edit]

Lord Dandy, if you are also User:Mr. Joca, now is the time to fess up and have those two names combined. While editing under two names in the way in which you did it is not technically disallowed, it can raise serious suspicion among other editors. See WP:MULTIPLE. I strongly suggest you consider merging these two accounts; I can find an administrator or other user who can help with that. Drmies (talk) 16:34, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Joana Amaral Dias. The community has decided that all new biographies of living persons must contain a reliable source that supports at least one statement made about the person in the article as per our verifiability policy. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:10, 12 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
