Note this user is abusive enough as to have been blocked from WP:UTRS for six months. Given the extensive sockpuppetry, I strongly oppose an unblock request at this time. Request reason:

I am very sorry, I have learned from my mistakes and will never do sockpuppetry ever again. I will never create a new account for reasons not listed under the "Legitamate Uses" portion of the sockpuppetry policy. I enjoy editing Wikipedia and want to go back to it. I had multiple reasons for using multiple accounts. I used them for good reasons such as editing on another device or using the accounts for different types of edits. I also made some to evade my block which is wrong and is disallowed. I will continue to edit under my original account, GenZenny. Decline reason:

Quite apart from the fact that you created another unblock request, and that the list of socks appears to be incomplete, I am simply not prepared to consider unblocking someone who has created so many socks in such a short space of time so soon after their block.
