Regarding the question at User talk:Mentifisto:
I believe most Blocked Users/IP's can edit their own talk page (Because they may want to request a unblock using the template).

Lurking

Navigated to your page, decided to help get you a centijimbo.  :) Cheers! Durova320 04:40, 22 September 2009 (UTC)

I'm not at all clear why you removed the update template from the talk page and from the article. As far as I can tell the article has still not been updated in a year. I'm curious why you wrote in the edit summary, "I think there is nothing more to update now". The template and tag was added because the work has not yet been done. My fault then, I just thought it was an old template dangling: go on and replace it please. --M4gnum0n (talk) 01:02, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
Well, since you have an interest in the article, perhaps you would like to do some of the work. Because of Nagai's killing, Japan canceled a planned human resources center that was going to be built in Yangon. This is not mentioned in the article. Several sources can be found in the search indexes supporting this statement, including Southeast Asian Affairs (2008:20. ISBN 9812307907) which relies upon the source "Japan decides to cancel grants for Myanmar human resources centre." Kyodo World Service. 16 October 2007. That is only one item that needs to be added. The story is already told in 2007_Burmese_anti-government_protests#October_16, but the link to the article does not work anymore. You could source it again with the item you cited, linking to Kenji Nagai if the connection is mentioned there.--M4gnum0n (talk) 01:25, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
