Please note that sandbox pages are not allowed to be filed in articlespace categories. You have two options when it comes to categories: either (a) add them in disabled form (either with a leading colon before the word category, so that they turn into wikilinks to the categories instead of including the page in the categories, or wrapped in nowiki tags so that they just appear as text and don't file the page in the category at all), and then undisable them only when you move the page to a real article, or (b) leave them off the page entirely, and then add them only when you move the page to a real article. But as long as the page is in your own sandbox, it's not allowed to have any undisabled article categories on it, because it's your own workspace and not a finished article that's ready for other people to read.
