You might want to read policy in future
I can see that in addition to not reading guidelines or policies or articles (except when it suits you), you don't bother reading edit notices either. So in future don't post on my talk page unless your message passes all the tests, or better still don't post there at all as I've no interest in the drivel you come out with.
I'm not required to assume good faith with well known POV warriors like you, especially when your own actions prove you're not acting in good faith (not that there's any doubt with anyone remotely familiar with you).
In contrast to the guideline you claim I should follow (somewhat selectively, given you clearly don't follow it judging by your comments elsewhere) WP:BURDEN is policy, and reads "It has always been good practice to try to find and cite supporting sources yourself". So did you do this? Well let's look at the evidence. You tagged material in the lead. The lead is supposed to summarise the article, therefore anything in the lead should be in the article itself. So obviously an ideal place to look for sources would be in the article itself. Let's take a look at the article at the time shall we?
IRA members tried to send a warning from the nearest public telephone, but found that it had been vandalized. On their way to another telephone they were delayed again when forced to stop at an Ulster Defence Regiment (UDR) checkpoint. By the time they were able to send the warning, only nine minutes remained—the bomb exploded at 21:00.
Well would you look at that. Three sentences, all of them with footnotes at the end citing reliable sources. So not only were you too lazy to bother looking for sources that weren't in the article, you were too lazy to even read the article to see if the sentence was already sourced. This, despite WP:BURDEN saying you're supposed to look for sources!! Good faith? My arse.... 2 lines of K303 10:27, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
- And your posting this because? You reverted my addition of a citation needed tag on the 29th of November and i never reverted you showing i accepted your revert whilst i left you a notice on the 1st December for your bad faith cheek in the edit summary and that the policy you cite supports both views on cites in the lede - note i didn't challenge your revert. You removed it on the 2nd December which equates to you reading it and an apparent end to the matter. The fact you then decide to appear on my talkpage on the 3rd of December to post what i can only call a rant on an issue that is over only begs to ask, why are you still going on? Also why couldn't you have posted this on your talk page after my comment?
- Some of your points - those that aren't uncivil - i will take on board however i must insist that you abide by WP:CIVIL and WP:AGF and stop with uncalled for cheek such as with your edit summary, and to stop making unfounded and unsupportable personal attacks, i.e. "well known POV warrior" and "or better still don't post there at all as I've no interest in the drivel you come out with" and strike those you've already made or i will request an admin judge our actions on this matter and request they second a user conduct report on us both on the issue and see how that turns out. Mabuska (talk) 15:45, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
- Also the next time you decide to chastise an editor for somehow not following your talk page edit notice (don't see how i didn't, maybe that should be something for a user conduct report as well) then for the sake of taking the moral high ground please follow those of that editor to set an example. Case in point being your ignoring of point 1 at the top of this page. Mabuska (talk) 18:20, 4 December 2011 (UTC)

Hey
I know we have had our disgreements in the past, I just wanted to notify you on this, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Geopolitical_ethnic_and_religious_conflicts#Re:_Sheodred, I just wanted to know if you have anything to contribute to either side of this discussion. Sheodred (talk) 22:50, 13 December 2011 (UTC)
- I've posted a response in regards to that list provided of your actions as some of them need to be seen in the proper context, i.e. the Iceni and Patrick Kavangh. Mabuska (talk) 12:29, 15 December 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you! Sheodred (talk) 14:45, 15 December 2011 (UTC)
- Whilst on most things we are polar opposites, it's only fair that a debate on your edits is fair and your edits not distorted out of context. Mabuska (talk) 22:32, 15 December 2011 (UTC)

My love of things Irish.... (or is that British-Irish?)
Just a couple of my favourite Irish songs. No need to repeat "Whiskey in the Jar" as all us Irish know it! God save Ireland and the Queen - though i'm an Atheist - i so guess... some-one save Ireland and the Queen... though way things are going both are going to be even more closely mutually linked together than anyone could imagine ten years ago :-P The Republic back in the Commonwelath - closer to reality than UK independance from the EU......
Sally MacLennane
Well jimmy played harmonica in the pub where I was born,
He played it from the night time to the peaceful early morn
He soothed the souls of psychos and the men who had the horn
And they all looked very happy in the morning
Now jimmy didn't like his place in this world of ours
Where the elephant man broke strong men's necks
When he'd had too many powers
So sad to see the grieving of the people that he's leaving
And he took the road for God knows in the morning
We walked him to the station in the rain
We kissed him as we put him on the train
And we sang him a song of times long gone
Though we knew that we'd be seeing him again
(far away) sad to say I must be on my way
So buy me beer and whiskey 'cause I'm going far away (far away)
I'd like to think of me returning when I can
To the greatest little boozer and to sally maclennane
The years passed by the times had changed I grew to be a man
I learned to love the virtues of sweet sally maclennane
I took the jeers and drank the beers and crawled back home at dawn
And ended up a barman in the morning
I played the pump and took the hump and watered whiskey down
I talked of whores and horses to the men who drank the brown
I heard them say that jimmy's making money far away
And some people left for heaven without warning
We walked him to the station in the rain
We kissed him as we put him on the train
And we sang him a song of times long gone
Though we knew that we'd be seeing him again
(far away) sad to say I must be on my way
So buy me beer and whiskey 'cause I'm going far away (far away)
I'd like to think of me returning when I can
To the greatest little boozer and to sally maclennane
When jimmy came back home he was surprised that they were gone
He asked me all the details of the train that they went on
Some people they are scared to croak but jimmy drank until he choked
And he took the road for heaven in the morning
We walked him to the station in the rain
We kissed him as we put him on the train
And we sang him a song of times long gone
Though we knew that we'd be seeing him again
(far away) sad to say I must be on my way
So buy me beer and whiskey 'cause I'm going far away (far away)

Sick Bed of Cuchulainn
Mccormack and richard tauber are singing by the bed
There's a glass of punch below your feet and an angel at your head
There's devils on each side of you with bottles in their hands
You need one more drop of poison and you'll dream of foreign lands
When you pissed yourself in frankfurt and got syph down in cologne
And you heard the rattling death trains as you lay there all alone
Frank ryan brought you whiskey in a brothel in madrid
And you decked some fucking blackshirt who was cursing all the yids
At the sick bed of cuchulainn we'll kneel and say a prayer
And the ghosts are rattling at the door and the devil's in the chair
And in the euston tavern you screamed it was your shout
But they wouldn't give you service so you kicked the windows out
They took you out into the street and kicked you in the brains
So you walked back in through a bolted door and did it all again
At the sick bed of cuchulainn we'll kneel and say a prayer
And the ghosts are rattling at the door and the devil's in the chair
You remember that foul evening when you heard the banshees howl
There was lousy drunken bastards singing billy is in the bowl
They took you up to midnight mass and left you in the lurch
So you dropped a button in the plate and spewed up in the church
Now you'll sing a song of liberty for blacks and paks and jocks
And they'll take you from this dump you're in and stick you in a box
Then they'll take you to cloughprior and shove you in the ground
But you'll stick your head back out and shout "we'll have another round"
At the graveside of cuchulainn we'll kneel around and pray
And God is in his heaven, and billy's down by the bay
