non-ASCII characters in titles

Your move rationale "The URL should definitely not contain a non-ASCII character" suggests that you think there is some special status for ASCII in en.WP titles. This is not the case. See MOS:DASH in particular. Dicklyon (talk) 00:40, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
