Welcome!

Hello, Mageezer, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!

I was also wondering if you can provide a source for the image Image:Untitled2.jpg. If not, the image has to be deleted soon. Zach (Sound Off) 04:43, 29 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I have placed a tag on the article Jonathan Pallant, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. I did this because the article seems to be a biographical account about a person but it does not indicate how or why that person is notable. If the person really is notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly to indicate why, and also put a note on Talk:Jonathan Pallant. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. You might also want to read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. Proposed deletion of Patrick Hamilton's Prophecy

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Patrick Hamilton's Prophecy, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

We already have a Patrick Hamilton (martyr) article. This appears to have been created as WP:SPAM or WP:HOAX to promote the YouTube video of "zombies" attacking the town.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
