Information icon Hello, I'm Outlander07. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Pillai (Kerala title) have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse. Thanks. R.COutlander07@talk 05:40, 28 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Ok. But why are you removing real information?

Let's see what sitush has to say. As I said the Raj-era sources are a complete blunder and should be omitted from almost all caste-related articles. As per William Logan, the Vellalrs were outside the caste system and were progenitors of the common Nayar race then why should the Kerala caste system treat them as Shudra?. It is also quite surprising why these theories have been missed out before without even having a debate?. R.COutlander07@talk 06:19, 28 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Okay. No problem Maravar007 (talk) 08:58, 28 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Anyway I saw your recent edit on Pillai (surname) and I do agree to some extent the mixing of Vellalar & Nayars but the statement The title Pillai along with others like Menon, Panicker, Kurup, Nambiar, etc. was initially bestowed to Vellalar feudal overlords in Kerala that literally speaks Vellalars are Nairs and does not match the academic consensus of foreign anthropologists like Gough, Fuller, Susan Bailey & Fawcett. Also if you are the same Cyberanthropologist you are evading the block which is against the policies, you may already be aware. R.COutlander07@talk 09:55, 28 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Okay thank you. Please make adjustments and change to correct version but please dont delete all information about Tamil Nair. I am not breaking any policies. I copy pasted because correct information was wrongly removed.
