Buxton Opera House[edit]

Hi Markxkr. The reason I reverted your edit to Buxton Opera House was that I felt that mentioning one act in a short article about a theatre that is over a century old and must have hosted thousands of performers, many of them more famous than the Brand New Heavies or Matt Woosey, was giving that information undue prominence. Also, having looked at your edit history, it seems that all of your edits appear to be promoting Matt Woosey. That is promotion and is not permitted on Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a promotional tool and editors who use it as such usually get blocked in the end. If you have a connection to the artist, you should also be aware of the Wikipedia policies on conflict of interest. It says: "Not sure how to respond to this, but assume the reference above is referring to me (user:Markxkr) as I edit this page. I am not paid for editing Matt Woosey's page, I edit it on behalf of Matt Woosey to help. DO I need to add more details?"

Please never write on another editor's User page. That is for the user only. Every user also has a Talk page (this is yours).
