Blocked as a sockpuppet[edit]

Request reason:

so, it all started when i wanted to help wikipedia,i did all the stuff bla bla bla editing war/casualties stuff,but, whenever i got a warning i got scared and made a new account (also, around that time, my neighbor did use my ip adress and vandalize some article i dont remember,but it doesnt have anything with this, also, my brother uses this IP, not blaming him, he didnt vandalize, he just got blocked because im in the range), you may think im absurd trolling and that 3 people cant use the same ip, not buying the neighbour story, is an autoblock range or an troll, but its not, what happened is basically, i was f###### dumb, and did some errors, but i was just trying to help, please im sorry for all of the problems, i didnt knew about much of wikipedia (and still dont know some advanced stuff, but the basic i learned), i know the reason,but i dont have fault for something that i didn't do on purpose, also, my behavior is similar with my neighbour (not saying like close, it can be any neighbour of my street), i agree with wikipedia rules and will follow them
