Saponification
[edit]Please be very careful if you decide edit saponification. The article is in good shape. and a high level of expertise is needed to improve it.--Smokefoot (talk) 13:53, 4 February 2021 (UTC)

Chemical safety
[edit]I haven't boldly reverted your substantial changes to Chemical safety but I really should have done. First - please don't includes "tips". Wikipedia is not a manual. Secondly we don't do <small> unless there is a very good reason for it - the reasons for this and all other formatting issues can be found at WP:MOS. I note that much of the change has been an upload from your sandbox, and more than that, your sandbox has been reviewed. I am pinging, MaryGrace J. Larsen your reviewer because this may be well sourced and literate but it is not how article develop here. Please revert all your edits and then , one paragraph at a time, make appropriate changes that are consistent with Wikipedia rules. For each change it is essential that you provide a verbose edit summary which explains what you have done and why. Only by doing this can the community make rational judgements whether your changes are improvements or not. I am not convinced that they are an improvement and, if left unchanged, I will be reverting them. Your standing as an editor would be much better served if you make the changes yourself having read all the appropriate Wikipedia guidance. Velella Velella Talk 13:19, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
English variants
[edit]Please restore the page to the original language standard per WP:ENGVAR- most "-ize" words are actually spelled "-ise" in British English. Please also restore the paragraph about the effects of dioxins and the abandonment of a settlement in the US. Your current version makes no sense. In Europe the word "Directive" has a very specific and legally defined meaning. Changing that to "edict" makes no sense. Thanks Velella Velella Talk 07:22, 4 April 2021 (UTC)
- In the absence of any action by yourself, I have reverted it to the previous good version. Velella Velella Talk 09:01, 5 April 2021 (UTC)
