I guess substantially different is in the eye of the beholder. However I was told by the deleting admin that I could recreate the article and I found more verifiable sources so I figured I could. I recreated this article because at the time of it's deletion, the delting admin (Herostratus) emailed me and said I could "recreate the article at any time, as long as it is 'substantially different from the previous article' according to Wikipedia policy.

Uh huh. That's why two different admins have deleted it -- including one who explicitly states that it's NOT substantially different -- and a third protected the page. This should be a clue. --Calton | Talk 20:43, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
