Hi, thanks for message. I deleted the Solace Sabah article because

  • it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include social media and other sites that can be self-edited, blogs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the company claims or interviewing its management. In this case the sources were all either the company itself, its founder or an interview with him. No independent third-party sources, and even the company sources don't necessarily support the text. It may be notable, but no independently sourced facts
  • it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic.
  • Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: The center is a well-known medical tourism location for international patients... diverse and world class team of specialists... Solace Sabah uses a comprehensive Solace Prime program that combines psychological, medical, social, spiritual and family-based services in a complete and holistic rehabilitation experience... Solace Flower™ — and so on
  • it's all about what the company sells, little about the company itself. How many employees? Turnover? Profits?
  • there shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections. That includes spam links to the company website
  • The article was created in a single edit without wikilinks or references, and looks as if was copied from an unknown and possibly copyrighted source.
  • The editor was User:Solacesabah, who has an obvious conflict of interest when editing this article. Now indefinitely blocked under our user name policy

The Cabin Chiang Mai isn't perfect but it has been edited by an admin, User:Magioladitis who didn't see fit to take action, and its references are much better than . I certainly don't think it's a candidate for speedy deletion. I hope this clarifies
